At Not Your Size (NYS), we care about your satisfaction and want you to love every item you purchase from us.
If, for any reason, your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent post-purchase policy.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
To initiate an exchange or refund, please fill out the request form at the bottom of this page — but make sure to review the eligibility conditions below first.
Eligibility Conditions

Products must be in original condition, unworn, and with the NYS tag still attached.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Items missing their NYS tag or requests made after 14 days are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Each order is entitled to one post-purchase action only (either an exchange, a refund, or both processed at the same time).

If you wish to exchange some items and refund others from the same order, please mention that clearly in the comments section of the form. Mixed requests are accepted only for items from the same order.
Discounted & Sale Items

Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale may be exchanged depending on product availability.
We do not reserve items or delay exchanges until a specific product is restocked.

Refunds for discounted/sale items are provided as store credit only.

For Buy X Get X promotions, items cannot be refunded individually — the full set of items must be returned to receive a full refund.
Shipping Fees
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund — based on your preference — within 14 days of receiving your order.
If a manufacturing issue appears after use (within 30 days of receiving your item), our product warranty applies, and we will resolve the issue following our standard procedures.
